How To Create Clipping Mask In Photoshop-

1.  Open new file of the size you want to create.

 
2.  Select the shape you want to clip in .(Here rectangle is considered.)

      
3.   Select the image going to be clipped in.


4.  Bring the image layer exactly up to the shape and right click on mouse and select clipping mask.  (One can create clipping mask by shortcut alt+left click in between shape and image layer.)       


5.  Here you go clipping mask get created adjust image accordingly.Don't forget to save  the file.
